Distribution is at the core of our business, and ensuring the safety of our people, network, and assets is paramount. Our commitment to safety is reflected in our HSEQE Policy.
By maintaining a safe and efficient grid, we minimize operational risks, such as service interruptions, equipment failures, and injuries. These incidents can have significant financial consequences, including fines, maintenance costs, and revenue loss.
Interruptions and malfunctions can be caused by various factors, including leaks, human error, equipment breakdown, inadequate controls, or unexpected events like landslides. These issues not only impact our assets but also pose potential risks to people, including employees, contractors, users, and the public.
To mitigate these risks, we focus on optimizing business processes, designing and constructing robust systems, and effectively managing our operations while preventing accidents.
Furthermore, Enaon adheres to management systems certified under ISO 45001. We conduct comprehensive training programs to address operational hazards and engage all personnel in awareness-raising activities. These measures are essential for continuously improving health and safety performance across our operations.
Enaon is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees. To achieve this, we have implemented regular training programs that helps our employees learn specific health and safety knowledge or skilss. Also, we have implemented a range of initiatives, to increase the safety awareness of our employees, such as monthly safety messages, safety meetings and the organization of Safety Days.
