PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING NOTICE AND DECLARATION OF CONSENT FOR THE SUBMISSION OF A CV

“Enaon Sustainable Networks Company Single Member Societe Anonyme”, trading as Enaon, General Commercial Reg. No. 154717401000, Tax ID No. 996806819, whose registered offices are at the junction of 109-111 Mesogion Ave. & Roussou St., Municipality of Athens, Attica, would like to inform you that:

The Personal Data included in the CV you submit to us is collected and will be processed by Enaon as Controller in accordance with the provisions of General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, Law 4624/2019 and the Decisions, Guidelines and Opinions of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority. Any special categories of personal data (sensitive data) collected will be processed in accordance with the basis for legitimate processing set out in Article 9 (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), as in force from time to time.

If you decide that you do not want us to keep your CV or specific personal data included in it, we inform you that you can withdraw your consent at any time at no financial cost.

Purpose of processing:

Evaluation of you as a candidate in possible staff selection procedures.

Further processing

Where your data is further processed, we will ask for your prior consent to this new processing.

Recipients

Authorized staff of Enaon.

Your Rights

As a data subject, you have certain rights. More specifically, you can:

  • Access and receive a copy of your data upon request.
  • Require Enaon to correct erroneous or incomplete data.
  • Require Enaon to delete or stop processing your data, for example when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing and
  • Object to the processing of your data where Enaon relies on its legitimate interests as the legal basis for processing.
  • Withdraw your consent to processing at any time at no financial cost. (This right exists only if consent is used as a condition for processing).

If you exercise any one of your rights, Enaon will take all possible measures to satisfy your request within one (1) month from receiving it, informing you in writing about satisfaction of your request or the reasons which prevent you from exercising, or us from satisfying, one or more of the said rights in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

Moreover, we would also inform you that you have the right to submit a Complaint to the competent Data Protection Authority.

We also inform you that Enaon does not use personal data to take decisions without any human intervention. In this case you have the right not to be subjected to automated decision-making and profiling.

Enaon does not disclose your personal data to third countries outside the European Union or to countries where there is no suitable data protection regime.

Data retention

Your CV may be kept on file by Enaon for a period of six (6) months. However, with your express consent, Enaon will keep your CV on file for an additional eighteen (18) months in order to be available in the case where future employment opportunities arise. At the end of that period or in the case where you withdraw your consent before that period elapses, your CV will be deleted.

Τα Δεδομένα Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα που περιλαμβάνονται στο βιογραφικό σημείωμα που μας υποβάλλετε συλλέγονται και θα τύχουν επεξεργασίας από την Εnaon, ως Υπευθύνου Επεξεργασίας, σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις του Γενικού Κανονισμού (ΕΕ) 2016/679 για την προστασία των φυσικών προσώπων έναντι της επεξεργασίας των δεδομένων προσωπικού χαρακτήρα, το ν. 4624/2019 καθώς και τις Αποφάσεις, Οδηγίες και Γνωμοδοτήσεις της Αρχής Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα. Τυχόν προσωπικά δεδομένα ειδικών κατηγοριών (ευαίσθητα δεδομένα) που συλλέγονται, επεξεργάζονται σύμφωνα με την εκάστοτε εφαρμοζόμενη νομιμοποιητική βάση της παραγράφου 2 του άρθρου 9 του Γενικού Κανονισμού περί προστασίας δεδομένων προσωπικού χαρακτήρα (ΕΕ) 2016/679.

Σε περίπτωση που αποφασίσετε ότι δεν επιθυμείτε να τηρούμε το βιογραφικό σας σημείωμα ή συγκεκριμένα προσωπικά σας δεδομένα που περιλαμβάνονται σε αυτό, σας ενημερώνουμε ότι, μπορείτε να ανακαλέσετε την συγκατάθεσή σας αυτή οποτεδήποτε και χωρίς καμία οικονομική επιβάρυνση.

Σκοπός της επεξεργασίας:

Η αξιολόγησή σας ως υποψηφίου σε πιθανή διενέργεια διαδικασίας επιλογής προσωπικού.

Περαιτέρω Επεξεργασία

Σε περίπτωση περαιτέρω επεξεργασίας των δεδομένων σας, θα ζητήσουμε την προηγούμενη συγκατάθεσή σας για την νέα αυτή επεξεργασία.

Τα Δικαιώματά σας

Ως υποκείμενο δεδομένων προσωπικού χαρακτήρα, έχετε ορισμένα δικαιώματα. Συγκεκριμένα, μπορείτε:

  • Να έχετε πρόσβαση και να λαμβάνετε αντίγραφο των δεδομένων σας κατόπιν αιτήματος.
  • Να απαιτήσετε από την Enaon να διορθώσει λανθασμένα ή ελλιπή δεδομένα.
  • Να απαιτήσετε από την Enaon να διαγράψει ή να σταματήσει την επεξεργασία των δεδομένων σας, για παράδειγμα όταν τα δεδομένα δεν είναι πλέον απαραίτητα για τους σκοπούς της επεξεργασίας και
  • Να αντιταχθείτε στην επεξεργασία των δεδομένων σας, όπου η Enaon βασίζεται σε έννομα συμφέροντά της ως νομικό υπόβαθρο για την επεξεργασία.
  • Να ανακαλέσετε τη συγκατάθεσή σας για την επεξεργασία ανά πάσα στιγμή και χωρίς κάποια οικονομική επιβάρυνση. (Το δικαίωμα αυτό υφίσταται μόνο εάν η συναίνεση χρησιμοποιείται ως προϋπόθεση της επεξεργασίας).

Σε περίπτωση άσκησης ενός εκ των ανωτέρω αναφερόμενων δικαιωμάτων σας, η Enaon, θα λάβει κάθε δυνατό μέτρο για την ικανοποίηση του αιτήματος σας εντός ενός (1) μηνός από την λήψη αυτού, ενημερώνοντας σας γραπτώς για την ικανοποίηση του αιτήματος σας ή τους λόγους που εμποδίζουν την εκ μέρους σας άσκηση, ή και την ικανοποίηση ενός ή και περισσότερων εκ των ως άνω αναφερόμενων δικαιωμάτων σας σύμφωνα με τον Γενικό Κανονισμό Προστασίας Δεδομένων.

Περαιτέρω, σας γνωρίζουμε ότι έχετε δικαίωμα υποβολής Καταγγελίας στην αρμόδια Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα.

Επίσης, σας γνωρίζουμε ότι η Enaon δεν χρησιμοποιεί προσωπικά δεδομένα για να λαμβάνει αποφάσεις χωρίς ανθρώπινη παρέμβαση. Σε αυτή την περίπτωση έχετε το δικαίωμα να μην υποβάλλεστε σε αποφάσεις που λαμβάνονται αποκλειστικά μέσω αυτοματοποιημένης επεξεργασίας και δεν καταρτίζει προφίλ.

Η Enaon δεν γνωστοποιεί τα προσωπικά σας δεδομένα σε τρίτες χώρες εκτός της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης ή σε χώρες που δεν υπάρχει κατάλληλο καθεστώς προστασίας προσωπικών δεδομένων.

Διακράτηση Δεδομένων

Το βιογραφικό σας σημείωμα μπορεί να τηρηθεί στο αρχείο της Enaon, για χρονικό διάστημα έξι (6) μηνών. Ωστόσο, με τη δική σας ρητή συγκατάθεση, η Enaon θα τηρήσει το βιογραφικό σας σημείωμα στο αρχείο της για δεκαοκτώ (18) επιπλέον μήνες, προκειμένου να είναι διαθέσιμο σε περίπτωση που παρουσιαστούν μελλοντικές ευκαιρίες απασχόλησης. Στο τέλος αυτής της περιόδου ή σε περίπτωση που ανακαλέσετε τη συγκατάθεσή σας πριν την επέλευση του ανωτέρω χρονικού διαστήματος, το βιογραφικό σας σημείωμα θα διαγραφεί.
