Platform Service Owner (Digital Platforms)

Role Overview

ENAON is seeking a Platform Service Owner (Digital Platforms) to help manage the end-to-end lifecycle, reliability, and continuous improvement of one or more business-critical digital platforms and services (e.g., WFM, GIS-related platforms, integrations, portals, reporting, and other operational applications).

In this role, you will act as the single point of coordination and accountability for service health and operational readiness, working closely with platform teams, integration teams, infrastructure, vendors, PMO, and business stakeholders. You will bring structure to release coordination, UAT readiness, cutover preparedness, and service operations, ensuring predictable delivery and stable production services.

 
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full lifecycle of assigned platforms — from transition to daily operations to ongoing improvements
  • Coordinate service operations: incident handling, major incident support, problem follow-up, and KPI tracking
  • Manage change & release activities: maintain release calendars, align dependencies, ensure testing and documentation readiness
  • Support UAT & cutover: track defects, readiness gates, checklists, and ensure smooth golives
  • Oversee integration operability: maintain interface inventories, ensure monitoring and runbooks exist, reduce recurring integration issues
  • Collaborate with vendors & stakeholders: align on service performance, risks, and improvement actions
  • Maintain documentation: service overviews, support models, operational procedures, and knowledge articles

 

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT / Engineering / Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years experience in one or more of: IT service operations, application/platform support, delivery coordination, PMO support, service management, or enterprise systems support.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple teams (IT + business + vendors).
  • Ability to structure work: tracking actions, priorities, dependencies, risks.

 

Nice-to-have
  • Exposure to enterprise platforms (e.g., WFM, portals, ERP/CRM, GIS environments, integrations).
  • Familiarity with ITSM concepts (Incident/Change/Problem) and operational governance.
  • Experience supporting UAT/cutover activities in business-critical environments.
  • Certifications like ITIL, Agile/Scrum, PRINCE2/PMP
